I'm selling my Canon EOS 350D. I've had it for 3 years. It's in very good condition.
The camera (8.0 MP, 3 fps with up to 14 image burst, E-TTL II flash system, DIGIC II, 7-point AF, Separate RAW/JPEG image recording, USB 2.0, Compatible with EF/EF-S lenses/EX Speedlite flashes) comes with its original 18-55mm lens, the original battery (very good performance) and its original charger, which are also in very good condition.
I give away a mini Tripod (see picture attached), and a 1GB compact flash card for price.
The USB lead is not the original but it's a Sony lead and works perfectly well.
The Canon software can be downloaded for free on the internet.
